Provides management and oversight for 2 community libraries on Maxwell Air Force Base and Gunter Annex.  Serves as focal point for all library program requirements; acquires and maintains all library resources, information systems, and technologies to optimize library operations.  Manages budget to meet operational requirements. Maintains effective personnel management.   Master of Library Science or equivalent-level library degree from an ALA accredited institution.  Minimum 3 yrs experience.  Knowledge of principles and standard procedures and practices of professional librarianship required.  Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
