The Lake Bluff, IL, Public Library seeks a dynamic, outgoing, and creative leader who can promote the Library’s mission through innovation, collaboration, and team management in a vibrant, highly educated community.

Minimum Qualifications: MLS from ALA accredited library education program plus
5 years professional library experience with demonstrated expertise in budgeting, planning and supervision. Strong fiscal management and excellent public relations skills. Ability to work effectively with the Village and other organizations in a politically savvy environment.

Salary: Minimum $70,000.00, depending on qualifications.
