I am currently Assistant Director of the Law Library at the American University in Cairo, and I hold a Graduate Diploma and Masters Degree in Migration and Refugee Studies and Political Science, respectively. I wish to pursue a second Masters Degree in Library Studies any where in the world as long as its ALA accredited. Are there any scholarship facilities for Developing Country Nationals that I can apply for. I prefer an online program since I can study and work at the same time. But I am willing to leave my job and pursue the MLS if I get sponsorship. I know I can gain admission in most universities, but am afraid I don't have the funds. Will be grateful for any suggestions. Please feel free to send any personal info to mberray@aucegypt.com.

I don't know of any, personally, but I do know that sometimes schools will fund the studies of very bright international students. At least, that's what I witnessed while a grad student in the social sciences. So, it might be a good idea to contact the schools in which you're interested, to see if they have such scholarships, and whether you would be a competitive candidate for them.
Sorry I could not be of more help. Good luck with your pursuit of an MLS!
