Well I am going to be graduating in several months, and have been trying to find a job, so that I won't be unemployed... my internships have said that I would not be considered for hire, and as the NYLA conference is going to be coming up, what is percentage of success rate is job seeking at a conference?

I doubt there is recorded numbers. For one thing, hiring processes go on well after an initial contact at a conference.

You should keep in mind that one of the keys to finding work in any profession is "who you know". Building up your personal network at a conference is a great way to do that. You may contact with people with similar interests or skills. You can let people know you are looking. You can learn what is expected of new graduates. You may hear of unadvertised leads
