If a job ad calls for experience, you have no options. You can try to "sell" your previous experience but it might not matter to the hiring organization.
If you are worried about not getting an entry-level position because others will have more experience, you have two options. First, find ways to get experience such as a practicum, internship, volunteering, part-time job, involvement in professional associations, etc. Your other option is to learn how to sell your your unique skills and experiences so they place you at an advantage against other candidates.
